Scrolling down Settings > Keywords could lock Antinote up about halfway through the pane — on some machines every time, on others never. That pane was re-measuring its own height on every scroll step, and on some setups the measurement never settled. It renders in one pass now, so scrolling it is just scrolling.
That's the whole release. If you never opened that pane, nothing about your Antinote changes, and there's no rush — but Antinote menu > Check for Updates will get you there.
